our approach

David is the President of S&P Telecom. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the wireless telecommunication industry. Prior to creating S&P Telecom, David was the President of VOS Infrastructure Partners, a wireless infrastructure development company.  Prior to joining VOS, David directed the National Sales and Leasing Operations at T-Mobile Towers where he was responsible for creating a wireless infrastructure company within T-Mobile, a first tier national wireless carrier. In a little over four years, he was responsible for leading a team that created over $1.6 billion dollars in asset value to the T-Mobile Towers’ portfolio of 7200 towers.  David then assisted in the sale of 7200 towers for $2.4 billion to Crown Castle International and worked on the integration of the tower assets into Crown’s portfolio.  Prior to joining T-Mobile Towers, David was the Vice President of Sales for Crown Castle in the Western Region, where he lead a team responsible for generating leasing and service revenue for over 6300 tower and small cell infrastructure assets.    

During his 20 plus year career, David has negotiated over 10,000 communications leases and worked on the relocation of over 50 communication towers across the United States. David has also served as an expert witness in cases involving the value of marketing services, leasing activities and rental value for wireless infrastructure in the telecom industry.
