S&P Telecom
David is the President of S&P Telecom. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the wireless telecommunication industry. During his 20 plus year career, David has negotiated over 10,000 communications leases and worked on the relocation of over 50 communication towers across the United States.
Prior to starting S&P Telecom, David was the President of VOS Infrastructure Partners, a wireless infrastructure development company. Prior to joining VOS, David directed the National Sales and Leasing Operations at T-Mobile Towers where he was responsible for creating a wireless infrastructure company within T-Mobile, a first-tier national wireless carrier.
In a little over four years, David was responsible for leading a team that created over $1.6 billion dollars in asset value to the T-Mobile Towers’ portfolio of 7200 towers. David then assisted in the sale of the 7200 towers for $2.4 billion to Crown Castle International and worked on the integration of the tower assets into the Crown portfolio.
Prior to joining T-Mobile Towers, David was the Vice President of Sales for Crown Castle in the West Region, where he led a team responsible for generating leasing and service revenue for over 6300 infrastructure assets. Prior to joining Crown Castle, David was Regional Counsel for T-Mobile in the Southwest Region.
In addition to his previous positions, David has also served as an expert witness in cases involving the value and marketing of services of wireless infrastructure in the telecom industry.
David earned a business degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a JD from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
